Finally, after a long break, I am back with my blog! Recently, I went on a short but adventurous trip to Palakkad and some nearby places in Kerala. Interestingly, this was my third trip to Kerala, and I couldn't wait to explore more.
Our journey began with my stay in Palakkad, and the first day started with a hot cup of coffee in my bed while looking outside the window. The view was breathtaking!

One of the highlights of my trip was having an amazing breakfast that included roasted dosa, yummy pongal, vada, and idly. The food was delicious, and it was a perfect way to start the day.
Also, I had a chance to click some great pictures during my trip, and I must say that I am quite a good photographer.

There was this tunnel which has been built through the mountain and it leads to Thrissur
I could forever drive inside that tunnel hearing to blinding lights by weekend blowing up my speakers

We went to the Athirappilly Falls and which is known for its Cinema shooting for the movie Baahubali

Some clicks here and there
Oh, look at that! Magnificent isn’t she

My favorite part of Kerala is this rice it is so fluffy and tastes so good

Isn’t this true?

Our late-night quick bites (one hotel everyone should try)

This is from the Meenkulathi Amman temple
The shiva is so mesmerizing I could sit all day and chant his name

Next, we head on to the Malampuzha dam
We rode in a chain car and it took us throughout the garden (it was fooking fun!!)

You guys gotta visit the statue popularly known as Yakshi statue
She is so massive and sexy but man lemme warn you she is one brutal monster

By the way we had passes to see the dam in close
And that’s me!!

Next comes the Shri Raam temple
The specialty of Kerala is the lakhs of deepams (lamps) they Light and the cute elephants that serve in the temple

Ah wedding bells it is <3 (not mine ofc)

To be honest, this was one of my most thrilling trips. We drove at a speed of 110 kmph in a car with only three bolts on the tire, and we nearly missed an accident. But my quick thinking saved the day!
Another heart-pumping moment was when we were only ten seconds away from missing the night train. I had to run with 15 kgs on my shoulders, and it felt like I was Hercules!
But finally, after a long week of adventure, I am back in Chennai – my home and everything.
