Hey everyone, this time I'm in Wayanad! It seems like Kerala just can't get enough of me.
Our flight landed in Kozhikode early in the morning, around 3:00 AM. As usual, we had to make do with hot coffee without brushing our teeth – just another part of the typical travel experience, right?

Don't mind that paavam guy in the pic he had unavoidably photobomb in my lens.

Zooming our way to Wayanad, it felt like we were in the familiar territory of Kodaikanal and Ooty at first. After reaching our resort villa, we wasted no time and set off to visit the famous Banasura Dam. As always, my way of clicking pictures is a bit different, so I'm sharing some aesthetic sights and moments with you all.

We had two ideas in mind – kayaking and a speedy motorboat ride – and we ended up doing both!

That me, my fav one <3

I look like a bull with the ear piercings but honestly I look prettier with face straight :/

This is one Instagrammable story, and whooohoooo, we nailed kayaking! But there was one notable incident that happened during the solo kayaking session. It was drizzling, and I was left drifting alone. One particular part of the lake had boiling water, and there were very few fishes and birds around. I accidentally went over that area and little did I know that there might be whirlpools and snakes in the lake. Suddenly, I felt the water engulfing my kayak, and I realized that if I didn't get out of there right away, I was doomed. I sped off like a motorboat to the other stretch. Be careful, everyone!

Ain't she marvelous and breathtaking. The hills how many ever times you see them, they always seem to take your breath away!

Giving you a taste of my aesthetics once again.

ZIIIIIIIPPPPP LINEEEEE!!!!! Banasura has loads to surprise us with. Enjoy

Hot corn post the refreshing activities ?

My usual kind of Kerala posts and spam stories will def include this red rice which are so fluffy and yummy to eat.

The cloud looks like my marvelous brain!!!

Thanks to the iphone wide angle lens. It does a pretty good job even upon shaking

We visited Kuruva Island, which initially felt like the other islands near Kumarakom, but it turned out to be a great place to explore. To reach the other end of the shore, we had to cross on a bamboo boat that was dragged using a rope. The pictures below will give you an idea of the vibe. For me, it was like being in the movie 'Anaconda,' and it gave me chills.

In the Tall Grass vibes here.

We visited the 'Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary' and had to travel for around 20 km in a Safari vehicle that could only go up to 8 kmph. It was a bumpy ride over the rocky terrain, and the driver had many stories to share. We saw many wild plantations, trees, and deer species we had never seen before. Although we missed seeing the elephants that could hunt us down, we did hear them growling, squeaking, and snorting every now and then.
We also got a chance to pluck 'Kaatu Tulasi,' which is the forest version of our usual holy basil. As the vehicle passed through each road inside the forest, we threw our hands out and plucked these leaves as soon as the driver spotted them.

The sexiest siloutte/ canopy siloutte call it whatever. This is hot.

15 degrees and molaga (chilli) bajji on the road side bhai shop. Ah heaven it was.

My head played 'You and I, riding Harleys in Hawaiii aiii'

A glimpse of that thought

Aesthetic overdose <3

le me the only person who swims in colder water in late evenings after having taken a shower already in a 'Meenmutty' waterfall with water temp 10 degrees or so. I sometimes am a Psychopath

Ah we back to Kozhikode and the beach for your ref.

This was one haunting experience where the eagles kept circling everyone on the beach. I don't really understand why. But it was trippy while it lasted.

Ciao Adios my friends <3. Wayanad was kerala's dessert dish for me. It was a worthwhile experience and cherishable.
